Prinoleen specialises in integrated employment solutions, executive terminations, restructuring and retrenchments, collective bargaining and organisational rights, industrial action and general terms and conditions of employment.
Prinoleen has acted for numerous clients in most sectors, including the retail, hospitality, metal engineering, road freight and chemical industries giving tactical and strategic individual and collective employment law advice, and she has extensive litigious and corporate employment law experience. She also engages in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms when necessary.
Her litigation work has included unfair dismissals, strikes, lockouts, collective bargaining, and unfair labour practices. She appears regularly in the CCMA, bargaining councils and the Labour Courts. She has also served as both chairperson and prosecutor in disciplinary hearings for both private and public sector clients.
Prinoleen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Masters in Business Law (LLM) from the University of KwaZulu Natal.
