Palesa Msimanga advises a wide range of clients, including trade unions, trusts and government departments on various labour related and general litigation matters. She also advises clients on various competition law related matters.

She has litigated in various forums, including the Competition Tribunal, Magistrates’ Court, Labour Court, High Court, Competition Appeal Court and Constitutional Court.

Palesa received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2012. She also has a Certificate in Civil Mediation and Training from Legal Education and Development (2018) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Competition Law from the University of the Witwatersrand (2021).
