Prinoleen has acted for numerous clients in most sectors, including governments at regional, national, provincial, and local levels, major public entities, companies, trade unions and non-governmental organisations giving tactical and strategic advice and appearing on their behalf in various courts. She also engages in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms when necessary.
Her litigation work has included, unfair dismissals, strikes, lockouts, collective bargaining, and unfair labour practices. She appears regularly in the CCMA, bargaining councils and the Labour Courts. She also has right of appearance in the High Court and has conducted commercial and civil litigation in various courts and Tribunals. Prinoleen has also served as both chairperson and prosecutor in disciplinary hearings for both private and public sector clients.
